Pangaea is a team of senior software engineers, designers and product people who love building things that last — and running them.
We are a product engineering team passionate about building innovative software and helping businesses succeed in the digital landscape. We take full ownership of what we build: strategy, design, engineering, AI and the infrastructure underneath — across the US, Germany, Türkiye, the Netherlands, the UK and the UAE.
We are not a staffing agency. We don't rent out developers by the hour or hand your core product to people learning on the job. You get a small, senior team that owns the outcome, communicates transparently and ships working software every week.
We also build our own products with external collaborators — most notably Polybase, an all-in-one real-time collaboration platform. Building and running our own software keeps us honest: we live with the same decisions we ask our clients to trust us with.
The name says it: like the supercontinent, we bring fragmented pieces — teams, data, tools and ideas — back together into something whole and moving in one direction.
